You consent to reasonable verification measures, which may include IP address verification, requests for supporting documentation, authentication of submitted information, and other methods the Company considers necessary to verify eligibility and intended use.

Order Cancellation and Improper Use

The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel an order at any time if false or misleading information is provided or if the Company suspects that a product may be used for an unauthorized purpose.

Unauthorized or improper use may violate applicable law and the Company’s terms and conditions. Such use may result in immediate account termination and, when appropriate or legally required, a report to the relevant authorities.

The customer accepts responsibility for the use of purchased products and agrees to hold the Company harmless from harm resulting from use outside legitimate in vitro research or applicable regulatory guidelines.
