Accepted Test Vendors
We currently accept test results from Janoshik.
Group Testing Policy
Participants in a group buy are not all required to individually test their vials. However, if you are requesting a refund or reshipment due to purity or under-fill, you must submit one of your own vials for testing. If you purchased multiple kits, at least one vial from each kit must be tested to make a claim.
Guarantees
Purity Guarantee
We guarantee a minimum purity of 98% for 45 days from the date you receive the product.
Under-fill Guarantee
Any vial found to contain less than 90% of offered content (less than 27mg in a 30mg vial for example) is eligible for a reshipment. This guarantee also extends for 45 days from the date of delivery.
Claims & Returns
Test Report Requirements
- Test reports must include purity and fill data.
- Pictures of the vials are required in the report.
- If an issue arises, an individual report specific to your kit is required.
Issue Resolution
- If there is a problem with your order, we will reship the product.
- The choice between reshipment or refund lies with the vendor and is determined based on the nature and scope of the issue.
